A parent and child share a treat in front of a vegetable stand at the Guelph Farmers Market.

The City of Guelph is inviting you to participate in our second citizen satisfaction survey to help inform service delivery and to improve your experience as a citizen!

We’re always looking to better understand your needs and expectations, and the Citizen Satisfaction Survey will help us do just that.

Your feedback will help us look at our service delivery from your point of view. You will be able to help us identify trends, contribute to service reviews, develop baseline performance data, and integrate this into corporate strategy work, all with the goal of improving your overall citizen experience.

This survey is voluntary, and results are confidential.
