Between February 18 and March 14, 2021, we asked you think about putting an 18-hole disc golf course at Eastview Community Park, where its boundaries meet Speedvale Avenue East and Watson Parkway. The space is an ideal location for a disc golf course that offers lots of natural obstacles and varying terrain to challenge local enthusiasts.
In our survey, we wanted to know:
If Eastview Community Park is an appropriate place for a new disc golf course
What you think of the proposed location within the park
Any considerations we should make in the course design
We are currently reviewing the hundreds of survey responses received, and will share our findings soon.
We will use your feedback to determine if a disc golf course is right for the space, and if so, any alterations we can make to the course design to ensure that the park remains a multi-use space for a variety of users.
