Consultation has concluded

The City of Guelph is constructing the Paisley Feedermain to allow for future growth within the City and to continue the improvements of the City's infrastructure. This construction is the third phase of the project and includes the extension of the watermain pipe from Ryde Road Pumping Station at the east end of the City to approximately 60 metres east of Stephanie Drive. The pipe is 400 millimeters (mm) diameter concrete pressure pipe and is approximately 410 meter long. The intent of this project is to complete the construction of the watermain with minimal disruption to the public.

Construction is anticipated take place in late August 2021 and is expected to be completed by December 2021, weather permitting.


Purpose of the open house 

The purpose of this virtual open house is to present property owners, business owners, residents and members of the general public with an opportunity to: 

  • Review the details of the reconstruction, including plans and construction schedule. 
  • Learn about: 
    • Potential impacts to your property 
    • Traffic impacts during construction 
    • What to expect during construction 
    • Ask questions about the project
